Midland Athletic Company is proud to bring back this acclaimed event as part of the Permian Athletic Event Series! We have even added a post-race FAMILY SWIM PARTY! 

Rock the Rind is a SPRINT DISTANCE triathlon with a 500 meter swim, 11 mile bike and 3.1 mile run. This event begins at COM Aquatics with the transition area in the west parking lot. Individual and relay options are both available. 

As part of The Permian Athletic Event Series we are happy to host an event that provides a unique opportunity for individuals to challenge themselves while creating camaraderie with others. We believe movement, relationships and the outdoors are essential pillars of health and this event is a bullseye for all three! Bring your friends, family, and/or co-workers for this fun-filled event!
